Yes. Open the cake catalog and choose “Use as inspiration” to include that cake in your request. Tell us what you would like to keep or change. Our team will confirm which adaptations are possible.
Is the illustration exactly what my cake will look like?
No. It is a simple visual guide to your tier, palette, decoration and inscription preferences—not a photograph or an AI-generated finished design. Custom colors, reference images, shapes and detailed decorations are discussed with our team.
Will I see an instant price?
Custom cakes are quoted individually. Share your serving count, design ideas and preferred budget so our bakers can discuss a price based on the size, ingredients and work involved.
Does sending a request reserve my date?
No. This is an inquiry, not an order or date reservation. Availability, final design, pricing and pickup or delivery arrangements must be confirmed directly with our team.
What if I am not sure about flavors or cake size?
Choose “Help me choose” or “Please advise,” and leave undecided details blank. Tell us about your occasion and our team can help guide the next steps.
Can I include dietary requirements or inspiration photos?
Include dietary and allergy questions in the flavor step, and a public inspiration link in the design step. For private photos, arrange sharing directly with our team after your inquiry. Ingredient suitability and any dietary accommodations must be confirmed before ordering.
