Depending on the program and consent provided, messages may include:

Transactional and Customer-Service Messages

• Order confirmations.
• Production and fulfillment updates.
• Pickup and delivery notifications.
• Wholesale account communications.
• Customer-service responses.
• Scheduling and operational notices.

Promotional Messages

• New product announcements.
• Seasonal offers.
• Special promotions.
• Marketing campaigns.
• Customer offers and bakery-related events.

By affirmatively enrolling in an LA Baker SMS program, you authorize LA Baker to send messages covered by that enrollment to the mobile number provided.

Consent requirements depend on the type of messages and applicable law.

Promotional automated text messages require legally sufficient consent.

Consent to promotional SMS is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase.

Enrollment in transactional messaging does not automatically enroll a customer in promotional messaging.

LA Baker may maintain records of consent, including the enrollment source, date, time, and scope of authorization.

Message frequency varies depending on order activity, customer interactions, account communications, and the applicable promotional program.

Recurring messages may be sent where authorized.

The enrollment disclosure may specify additional frequency information for a particular campaign.

Message and data rates may apply.

Charges depend on your wireless carrier and mobile service plan.

LA Baker does not control carrier-imposed messaging charges.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

You may also revoke consent through another legally recognized method, including contacting LA Baker directly.

We will process opt-out requests according to applicable law.

A final non-promotional confirmation message may be sent where permitted.

Withdrawal of promotional consent does not automatically revoke separate transactional messaging authorization, unless the scope of the revocation or applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
